ইসরো এই বছরের প্রথম স্যাটেলাইট উৎক্ষেপন সফল। PSLV -C31 রকেটে চড়ে ভারতীয় নেভিগেশন সিস্টেমের পঞ্চম স্যাটেলাইট IRNSS-1E মহাকাশে সফল ভাবে পৌঁছে গেছে। উৎক্ষেপনের 6 মিনিট পর PSLV-C31 এর গতি ছিল ২৭ ম্যাক অর্থাৎ ঘন্টায় 33048 কিলোমিটার
