Bihar Election

A very very good news to BJP and simultaneously a bad news to Corrupt Congress, Laloo and Nitish Kumar. The news is the result of Bihar Upper Chamber Election BJP got 14 seats and Corrupt Congress, Laloo and Nitish Kumar combined got 09 seats. Is it not Modi effect? What our media will say now?
